Sunday
3-5pm - Last Meal (Keep it low carb/keto and light!)
Evening - NAT lite (flavors vary) and Signal OS PM (3 pills)

Monday
Morning: NAT Charged (flavors vary) and Signal OS AM (2 pills)
Noon: Better Broth and MitoPlex
3-5pm - 4-6 ounces protein + 1 cup veggies
(Think steak + grilled veggies, chicken thighs + salad, or one of our delicious Keto Dad casseroles!)

Pro Tips:
Drink your NAT lite with 8-16oz water at least an hour before bed (so you’re not up a ton to go pee!). Most people don’t think the NAT lite is super sweet, but you can always add more water!

Drink the Charged Keto NAT with 12-20oz ice water. If it’s too sweet, you can always add more water!

You can add the MitoPlex electrolytes to either of your NATs… or drink them with just 8+oz of ice water! I love adding them to my Ketones, my wife prefers to drink them separate.

YES! Only one MitoPlex electrolyte is in the schedule - you can drink the second whenever you want. I would recommend doing one first thing in the morning in or after your NAT. Adding the MitoPlex in early keeps you from getting dehydrated or having a headache!

NO! You don’t need to add the MitoPlex electrolyte at noon to your broth. That would be a gross flavor combo! Just add another glass of 8+oz of ice water with your electrolytes mid day. You can drink them an hour or two apart depending on how quickly you consume water!

YES! You are drinking a lot of fluid. Enjoy it. It’s healthy for you! Let’s get half your body weight in ounces during this 24 hours… and then focus on the same thing the next day!

Q: I work night shift! How can I do this?!
A: Start by taking your NAT lite and Signal OS PM in the morning when you get home before you go to sleep. They are caffeine free and will promote great sleep! Then drink Your Keto NAT and Signal OS AM when you wake up in the late afternoon evening (before your shift). The bone broth would be the end of your shift and then you eat before you go back to bed in the morning! MitoPlex can be taken at any time

Q: Sunday night-Monday is no good for me.
A: Do it any day of the week! We find that when people START the week off strong, they often stay on track through the week. That’s why we generally recommend these days. But you do you! If you’d rather fast Thursday through Friday so you’re on track for the weekend - go for it!

Q: Do I have to eat an early dinner?
A: Nope - you just need to wait 24 hours from when you ate last! But - be sure you’re not going to be eating TOO late the next night! (so if you eat dinner at 7pm and start your fast, you shouldn’t eat until 7pm the next night). We find that people sleep the best with an earlier dinner to break their fast. Just make sure you don’t add in snacking!

Q: Do I have to fast from dinner to dinner?
A: Nope! Any 24 hours will do! You can have breakfast Monday morning if you’d like, then not eat again until Tuesday morning. Just make sure you’re drinking your Charged (Caffeine) Keto NAT in the morning and your NAT lite (caffeine free) in the evening)
