Try clicking “forgot password” and then instead of using your phone number to reset, click the blue link to use username and email. Enter your email for both and then check your email for the reset link.
Once reset, login with the new password (email as username)...
3) How to make a one-time order (not adjusting your monthly smartship): Log in, click on Store, then Shop Supplements. This does not affect or activate a smartship.
4) How to change your smartship: Log in or return to the home page. On the left side, scroll down to Supplement Smartship. Here you can adjust the date, change the products, or deactivate your smartship.
