Pro Tips:
Drink your Keto OS Pro with 8-16oz water at least an hour before bed (so you’re not up a ton to go pee!). Not hungry/thirsty? You can skip the Protein and drink it after the iFast as well! They’re included to create flexibility and satiety!
Drink the Charged Keto NAT and Ampoule Ketones with 12-20oz ice water. If it’s too sweet, you can always add more water!
You can add the MitoPlex electrolytes to either of your NATs… or drink them with just 8+oz of ice water! I love adding them to my Ketones, my wife prefers to drink them separate.
YES! You can mix things in to your protein shakes! Over lunch try adding in nut butter, plain yogurt (watch the sugar content!), avocados, even spinach and a few berries depending on the flavor. I love the protein blended with ice and almond milk. Chrissy loves it with ice water and a splash of heavy cream. Just keep it low carb/Keto. For your evening protein, keep it to just water, almond or coconut milk. You don’t want to add extra calories at the end of the day.
Yes! You can mix things in with your Ketones! Sparkling water is a fun option (just keep it sugar free/Keto). You can change the flavor of sparkling water to change how it tastes. You can also mix in our MitoPlex electrolytes. Our citrus flavors come in orange, lemon and lime. Grab an extra box if you want more options.
YES! You are drinking a lot of fluid. Enjoy it. It’s healthy for you! Let’s get half your body weight in ounces every 24 hours… and then focus on the same thing the next day!

Q: I work night shift! How can I do this?!
A: You can do it! Just drink your Ketones and Protein when you normally eat your meals. Remember - the important part is to eat in an 8hr window. Whether you’re eating overnight or during the day doesn’t matter!
Example:
6pm before work - Drink your NAT Ketones and Signal OS am Pills. Add your MitoPlex to your ketones or drink it later.
Midnight at work: have your Keto OS Pro and protein snack
3am: Drink your caffeine free Ampoule ketones
7am: Eat your meal before bed and then drink your final Keto OS Pro (you can also save this pro for later)
Q: Monday-Friday is no good for me.
A: Start it any day of the week! We find that when people START the week off strong, they often stay on track through the week. That’s why we generally recommend these days. But you do you! If you’d rather fast starting Thursday through the weekend, go for it!
Q: Do I have to eat and drink at the exact times listed?
A: Nope - you just want to eat within about a 8 hr window! Is your only opportunity to eat lunch at 10am? That’s totally fine to drink your protein and eat your protein lunch then. Just stop eating by 6pm.
We do find that people sleep the best with a break between eating dinner and bed time. So if you go to sleep at 10pm, try to be done eating 1-2 hours in advance.
Q: Do I have to follow the times exactly?
A: Nope! The schedule is available as a guide. You can change the times you start and stop eating (just keep it to an 8 hour window) and adjust the times you drink your Ketones and Protein.
