Cheese Bread Sandwich
YES! There are easy ways to make a Keto / Low Carb, Gluten Free sandwiches! Skip the expensive grocery store “Keto” breads (that aren’t really keto) and save the homemade bread recipe for another time. This is the EASIEST way to make a sandwich!
Cheese Bread Sandwich - A simple way to make a sandwich that is easy and delicious! It took me a long time to try using just cheese as the bread for a sandwich. I didn’t think it would be that great.

Recipe:
2 pieces of deli cheese
Choose your cheese flavor based on the sandwich you’re making!
Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. The edges should just start to be golden brown.
Place on a paper towel to absorb some of the grease.
Then layer on deli meat toppings of your choice.
Macros: Use the macros on your cheese that you buy. The macros will vary based on the type of cheese, thin cut, thick etc.
When choosing deli meat, go for unsweetened (no honey!) and the heathiest/unprocessed version possible.
Keto Dad Tips and Tricks
Bake on parchment paper. Make sure the cheese is starting to brown on the edges. Use a spatula to remove cheese from the parchment paper.
Place cheese on a paper towel or napkin. This will absorb the grease while you're making your sandwich while also keeping your fingers from touching the hot cheese!
If you're not going to eat it right away, leave the cheese flat on a paper towel to cool.
If you want it in a hard shell tortilla shape, fold it around a paper towel to cool.
