High protein low carb pizza - perfect for lunch or dinner! If you’re looking for a gluten free flatbread for your pizza, this is a great option. We use our Cottage Cheese Bread as the base. Check out the simple recipe here on our blog.

You can make the flatbread at any time. Then simply add on your toppings, bake and enjoy!

Recipe:
Make your
Flatbread
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Seasoning

Blend until smooth
Pour over parchment paper

Ours makes a 12x7 rectangle

Bake 350 for 30-35 minutes

We recommend “cooking” your pizza in a toaster oven to crisp up the bottom.

The Keto Dad Tips and Tricks:

  • You can make your flatbread ahead of time. Check out our suggestions for storing it here.

  • Don’t add too much pizza sauce. Less will keep the carbs low and keep your flatbread from getting soggy.

  • We definitely recommend adding pizza seasoning to your flatbread when you bake it or as one of your toppings.

  • If you don’t have a toaster oven, you can also toast your pizza on a skillet on the stovetop.
