Cheesy Peppers
These Cheesy Peppers make the perfect Keto or Low Carb snack, lunch or appetizer. They taste delicious and only require TWO ingredients!! We love to stuff salami or pepperoni on the inside. Make them either hot or cold! How would you eat them?
Ingredients:
Mini Peppers
Cheese Sticks
Optional:
Salami
Pepperoni
Hollow out the peppers. Cut string cheese to size.
If you’re including deli meat, roll it around the string cheese first, the stuff the pepper.
Bake at 400 degrees for 4-5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Or, just serve them cold!
Macros: The size of mini bell peppers range considerably! Generally, they’re about 1 carb per pepper. String Cheese is also about 1 carb, so for every two peppers you have, you’ll probably get around 2-4 carbs.
