Bacon Cheddar Pepper Poppers
Easy Keto Appetizer you can serve warm or cold! The mixture of bacon and cheese on a crunchy pepper is delicious. This simple recipe can be made in advance. Just mix up with filling and then store it in the fridge. Then just cook as many peppers as you'd like! We made two batches of peppers (or one bag of pepper poppers) with this recipe!
Recipe:
4oz Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese
3 Slices of Cooked and Crumbled Bacon
Clean and halve peppers (we love the small pepper poppers)
Spoon in cheese mixtures Bake 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes
We filled an entire bag of pepper poppers. The size of mini bell peppers range considerably! Generally, they’re about 1 carb per pepper. The macros here are for 2 peppers, or 4 pieces (if you’re cutting them in half). Generally enough for 8 people, but the size ranges based on how big the peppers are in the bag you buy!

If you’re grilling, just add them to the grill for about 5 minutes
If you just want to make a few, make the batch of filling, then only fill and cook the ones you’ll eat. Once you cook the, they’re not as good to reheat.
