Bacon Wrapped Chicken
We love using our Air Fryers and the Ninja Foodie makes this delicious easy! Grab some chicken tenders next time you’re at the grocery store… I bet you have the other ingredients on hand! Oh…and did I mention our Kids LOVED this one?!
Recipe:
1 lb Chicken Tenders
4oz Cheddar Cheese, sliced
1 Piece of Bacon per Tender (we used 6 pieces)
Wrap each Chicken Tender in bacon with a piece of cheese on top under the bacon!
Preheat Ninja Foodi air fryer/crisper to 375. Grease basket (we use an avocado oil spray or brush on olive oil).
Cook 10 min, check, then another three if needed!.
Serves: 3 (2 chicken tenders each)

The Keto Dad Tips and Tricks:
Flat chicken makes it easier to roll - place them between parchment paper and flatten with rolling pin!
Cooking time may vary based on thickness of the chicken, we ended up at 15 min.
If you don’t have a foodie, you can bake this in your oven at 350 for approx 20-25 min.
Add broccoli salad or creamed spinach as a side!
