Keto / Gluten Free Bread Loaf
Keto and gluten free - this is our favorite way to make a loaf of bread! Easy ingredients and easy to make. Your family will love this recipe. We love to slice it fresh out of the oven when it’s warm , or we’ll toast a few slices and spread butter or add a little sweetness with our delicious cranberry jam.
Recipe:
2 Cups Almond Flour
1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
1/4 Cup Ground Flaxseed
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
5 Large Eggs
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease your loaf pan. We’ve used both a 9x5 and an 8x4 pan.
Combine almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms.
Spread evenly into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
The Keto Dad Tips and Tricks:
Let the batter sit for a 2 minutes before you bake it. The coconut flour will absorb the liquid.
