Keto Almond Crackers
Need a simple, easy to make Almond cracker that kids love? And one that is perfect for your next appetizer? This is your recipe! It’s surprisingly easy to mix these few ingredients together and the results is a cracker…that is crisp and perfect for something like this cream cheese and jam!
Recipe:
Mix together:
2 Cups Almond Flour
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon Butter
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Prepare:
Mix together all ingredients either by hand or in a blender until combined
Roll out between parchment paper until it’s about 1/4 inch thick
Cut into squares (pizza cutter works great)
Separate onto parchment paper on cookie sheet
Bake 350 for 14-16 minutes
Makes 32 crackers, Serving size 4 Crackers (about 2in by 3in)

We leave them on the counter in a tupperware for 3 days..then freeze leftovers
