Keto Stuffed Peppers
Lots of flavor! Stuffed peppers are incredibly easy to make and taste great! There are a huge variety of recipes to stuff them...this was easy to make and, of course, the kiddos ate them!
Here are the Kitchen Items You'll Need:
An 8x8 pan will hold 4 halves (2 peppers)
Large pan to brown beef and add spices
Here are the Ingredients You'll Need:
Peppers
Ground Beef
Diced Tomatoes
Fresh Garlic
Italian Seasoning, Salt, Onion Powder
Diced Cauliflower
Parmesan Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Pasta Sauce
The Keto Dad Tips and Tricks:
There are different consistencies of riced cauliflower. If you think your family might not like to see it...just get it diced into smaller pieces! You really can't taste it :)
You can really change it up using any spices. Use what your family likes best!
Recipe (we halved it - this the full recipe):
4 Peppers, Halved
1 lb Ground beef
1 Can diced tomatoes, rinsed
1 tsp fresh garlic
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder (or 1/4 onion diced)
1 C Cauliflower
1/2 C Parmesan cheese
1/4 C Pasta Sauce
1/2 C Grated Mozzarella cheese
Brown ground beef, add in all seasonings, cauliflower and tomatoes
Mix in parmesan cheese and sauce
Fill peppers
Sprinkle grated cheese on top
Bake 375 for 20-30 min
