Pickle Rollup Skewers

These Pickle Rollup Skewers are super simple to make and taste delicious. Gather your basic charcuterie ingredients consisting of meat, cheese, veggies or fruit and you have an appetizer everyone will love.
You can make them in advance and serve in mason jars (check out our Jarcuterie ideas!) or an appetizer plate. It’s a perfect recipe for everything from a fancy brunch or shower, to a backyard BBQ, game day or a holiday party


Recipe:
Cucumbers or Pickles
Mozzarella
Salami

Dice your ingredients into bite sized pieces
Skewer the pickles, cheese and salami. Serve on an appetizer plate or serve them in mason jars.

Serving size is 3 skewers using 3 pieces of salami, an ounce of Mozz Cheese and
Macros: 153 Calories , Fat 11g, Carbs 3g, Fiber 0g, (Net Carbs 3 ) Protein 10g

The Keto Dad Tips and Tricks:

  • Most skewers can be made in advance. Perfect if you’re busy cooking for a party.

  • You don’t have to use mason jars. The skewers can go on a normal charcuterie board or even in bowls.

  • Anything that can be eaten fresh off a toothpick works great! Olives, cheese, meat!

  • Store in mason jars and then set them out as you need them. This will keep them cool and crisp
