Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
We love roasting our Pumpkin Seeds after carving our pumpkins. Our whole family loves them! They make a perfect crunchy fall snack and there are so many ways to season them!
They’re a slightly higher carb snack, so just watch your portion size if you’re keeping your carbs low!
Recipe:
Pumpkin Seeds
Melted Butter (1 Tbsp per Cup of Pumpkin Seeds) Sea salt (or other seasoning!)
Start by washing your pumpkin seeds and laying them out to dry on a paper towel. Single layer works the best!
Place seeds in a bowl and add 1 Tbsp of butter per cup of pumpkin seeds. Season with Salt and mix it all together. Then spread evenly on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until seeds are light golden brown and enjoy!
