Whipped Strawberry Ice Cream
Strawberry Ice Cream is such an easy Keto Recipe - no special ice cream maker required! We whipped this up (literally) in minutes. Store in the freezer if you’ll eat it in the next two hours. Otherwise it actually stores great in the fridge! It tastes like a strawberry mousse when its just chilled!
Want to make it fancy? Serve in small dishes with a few pieces of sliced strawberry and some chocolate chips on top!
Recipe:
Berries -Blend together and then set aside:
1 Cup Strawberries
2 Tablespoons Powdered Sweetener
3 Dropper Liquid Stevia (or another tablespoon of powdered sweetener)
Whip together:
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Pinch salt
Fold the Strawberry mixture into the whipped cream. Spoon into freezer bag. Freeze for 1 hour, then cut off the corner and serve as soft serve! Store in Freezer.
