Dinners:

Before Keto, we used to have pasta at least once a week. Spaghetti was a sure hit and lasagna rarely had leftovers! We have tried many different noodle replacements and found that the kids absolutely loved this one! We often make a huge pan of it because the leftovers are just as good!
Keto Sloppy Joes
This easy dinner recipe was a staple in my house growing up! We just switched out some of the ingredients from our family recipe to make a Keto version. We served it as an open faced sandwich on our Chaffle White Bread (make it with the griddle or waffle maker). Even the kids liked it!
