Week 2 Keto meal plan guide

Dinners:

Chicken Alfredo Casserole
This is one of our FAVORITE Keto dinner recipes! We were at a neighbor’s house and she made this amazing from scratch Alfredo sauce (thanks for sharing Rachel!). Our kids love Keto casseroles, and riced cauliflower is always in my house…so I decided to make a Chicken Alfredo Casserole! Needless to say, we all LOVED it.
If you’re not a fan of riced cauliflower, skip that part and just eat the chicken and sauce….but the Alfredo sauce mixed in with the riced cauliflower was delicious - I’m thinking next time…risotto!

Easy Keto Meatballs
Make these meatballs ahead and then reheat them for dinner, or just bake it all at once! We love to pour pasta sauce on top and eat them plain, serve them on Palmini Pasta or riced cauliflower.

Breakfast Casserole for Dinner!
Keto Breakfast Casserole - perfect for your next brunch, lunch or dinner! The combination of flavors (cabbage, sausage, eggs and cheese!) is surprisingly delicious, and it’s so easy to make!

Keto Pizza Chaffle
Keto Chaffles are EVERYWHERE, so of course we had to make some too! This super easy Keto Pizza Chaffle recipe tastes like those pizza bagels you used to eat…but now without carbs! The recipe is super simple and I know you’re going to love it!

Desserts:

Whipped Strawberry Ice Cream
Strawberry Ice Cream is such an easy Keto Recipe - no special ice cream maker required! We whipped this up (literally) in minutes. Store in the freezer if you’ll eat it in the next two hours. Otherwise it actually stores great in the fridge! It tastes like a strawberry mousse when its just chilled!

Want to make it fancy? Serve in small dishes with a few pieces of sliced strawberry and some chocolate chips on top!

Snack/Side:

Zucchini Chips
Crunchy Keto chips might make all the difference when it comes to staying on track with your Keto Lifestyle! Simple Zucchini chips taste great and are a perfect ketogenic snack food with your favorite dip! We prefer them in the dehydrator at 200 for 4 hours!
Have non-keto family members? You can make apple chips too (They won’t be Keto though!) Dehydrate thin sliced apples (season with cinnamon) at 150 for 4 hours.
