Week 4 Keto meal plan guide

Dinners:

Chicken Broccoli Curry Casserole
This is one of our favorite easy Keto Dinner recipes! I wasn't sure if my kids would like it...but they LOVED it! This recipe is super basic, easy to make, flavorful and the leftovers taste fantastic too. 

Keto Beanless Chili
Our Keto Chili recipe is delicious and easy to make! We left out the beans, but added lots of flavor! You can serve this over pork rinds or whisps and top with sour cream, cheese, even avocado. It’s easy to make ahead and is the flavor gets better as leftovers!

Italian Stuffed Chicken Roll
Delicious, easy, and in the Ninja Foodi! We were inspired by our Italian Stuffed Chicken recipe, but wanted a chicken roll we could air fry! We adapted it for the Ninja Foodie, added some more flavor, and came up with a crispy, delicious meal!

Keto Dad’s Famous Pizza
This is one of the first Keto dinners I learned to make when I started this lifestyle back in 2015. It's easy, requires minimal ingredients, and comes out perfect every time

Desserts:

Butter Cookies
Easy Keto Butter cookies! They’re so simple and the flavor is exactly what you’d expect! Only a couple ingredients (which you probably already have). There are some fun ways to change up the flavor - adding keto jams or nuts!

Snack/Side:

Loaded Potato Salad
Keto Potato Salad is the perfect side dish...and I'll let you in on a little secret. There are no potatoes! We use diced cauliflower and a few extra Keto goodies to make this delicious salad. We'll pair it with a steak, burgers, or even eat it alone as lunch!
