Dinners:

Chicken Lasagna
This was good. Like really good. It's Lasagna, it's chicken, it's cheese...and it's sure to please your entire family whether they're low carb, Keto, or total carbivores! Freezes great, and easy to make.

Broccoli, Ham & Cheese Casserole
My kids like casseroles. The cheese, spices, protein and veggies...yum! This tastes like a broccoli cheese soup baked in a dish!

Creamy Broccoli Cheese Soup
Broccoli and cheese soup is a staple for many families … and the ability to make it super simple and Keto means you can have this any time! The recipe is incredibly easy and tastes delicious.

Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
I love Bacon. I love Shrimp. Combine them and pop them in the Air Fryer and you’ve got an easy Keto Recipe that is absolutely delicious! We’ve been cooking everything in our air fryer lately and absolutely love the results.

Desserts:

Chocolate Chip Cookies
There are lots of recipes for Keto chocolate chip cookies…crunchy ones, soft ones, and everything in between! We finally found our favorite combo! These cookies hold their shape, are fluffy and taste great! You can make them low carb/gluten free with coconut palm sugar (10 net carbs for 2 cookies) or Keto with something like Pyure (2 net carbs for 2 cookies).

Snack/Side:

Low Card Banana Muffins
We started making these Banana Muffins before we “went Keto”. Boss Babe loved the idea of a snack with no added sugar and the kids love them. The ability to have a snack that tastes sweet, but has NO added sweeteners or sugars is unusual! They’re perfect for your low carb and carbivore family.
