Philly Cheesesteak Zucchini Boats
Zucchini Boats are one of our favorite easy Keto dinners! Sometimes our little kids won’t eat the zucchini. But they’ll always eat the insides! We’ve done Philly cheesesteak, cheddar broccoli, and chicken salad!
Keto Sloppy Joes
This easy dinner recipe was a staple in my house growing up! We just switched out some of the ingredients from our family recipe to make a Keto version. Even the kids liked it! Serve it with a side salad or roasted brussel sprouts!
Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
I love Bacon. I love Shrimp. Combine them and pop them in the Air Fryer and you’ve got an easy Keto Recipe that is absolutely delicious! We’ve been cooking everything in our air fryer lately and absolutely love the results
Chicken Alfredo Casserole
This is one of our FAVORITE Keto dinner recipes! We were at a neighbor’s house and she made this amazing from scratch Alfredo sauce. Our kids love Keto casseroles, and riced cauliflower is always in my house…so I decided to make a Chicken Alfredo Casserole! Needless to say, we all LOVED it.

This is the easiest and one of the tastiest desserts I've made! It takes literally just minutes and is perfect any time of the year!

Creamed Spinach
Spinach is an awesome Keto side dish - and we have been looking for new ways to prepare it. We love spinach smoothies, side salads, and sautéed in butter and garlic. Upping the game to creamed spinach adds in some healthy fats and its delicious!
