Dinners:
Chicken Parmesan Casserole
Chicken parmesan is one of those dishes that just about everyone loves. I’m actually surprised it took us this long to make it into a Keto Casserole! We tend to lean a little heavy on the casseroles (or Hot Dish for us midwesterners) because the kids need their food cut up…so why not do that at the beginning of the meal rather than at the end?! If you prefer the typical Chicken Parm, just leave your chicken tenders or breasts whole and pile everything on top!
Bacon Wrapped Chicken
We love using our Air Fryers and the Ninja Foodie makes this delicious easy! Grab some chicken tenders next time you’re at the grocery store… I bet you have the other ingredients on hand! Oh…and did I mention our Kids LOVED this one?!
Keto Pulled Pork
Pulled Pork is an easy meal that can stretch a long way! Grab your favorite Keto BBQ sauce, some basic ingredients, and you’re on your way to a delicious meal that will feed your family all week long! We tend to eat the leftovers on White Bread Chaffle buns. Serve our Ultimate Keto Coleslaw as a side… or on top!
Keto Dad Pizza
This is one of the first Keto dinners I learned to make when I started this lifestyle back in 2015. It's easy, requires minimal ingredients, and comes out perfect every time
Desserts:
No Bake Chocolate PB cookies
This Keto cookie recipe reminds me of the carb-filled chocolate no-bakes my mom used to make many years ago! This recipe is perfect for the Ketogenic diet…and perfect to keep in your freezer for those sweet tooth cravings! Try these delicious and easy no bake bite-size cookies that will satisfy anyone in your family!
Snack/Side:
Loaded Broccoli Salad
This Keto Broccoli salad recipe is SO GOOD we just eat it for lunch sometimes! We take it up a notch with cheddar cheese and bacon. And the flavor...it's a crowd pleaser for sure!
